Employee Spotlight: Getting to know Dimitri Tchabo Moukam, Sales Development Representative at Loftware

At Loftware, we take pride in our dedicated and inspiring team members. For this employee spotlight, we are thrilled to feature Dimitri Tchabo Moukam. Dimitri joined Loftware in 2021 and is located in Slovenia. In his role as Sales Development Representative, Dimitri focuses on initiating meaningful conversations and building relationships to generate opportunities for our sales team. 

Finding strength in challenges 

When asked what his favorite part of his role as a Sales Development Representative at Loftware is, Dimitri shared how every interaction with prospects, even the difficult ones, helps him grow professionally and personally. “I enjoy the challenge of staying composed and handling my emotions when a prospect is hard to talk to – it's an opportunity to develop and practice patience and resilience,” Dimitri said. “These situations teach me to approach challenges with a positive and solution-focused mindset.” 

A trip to Loftware’s home base 

If given the chance, Dimitri would love to visit Loftware’s corporate headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. For him, it’s more than just exploring a new location—it’s about connecting with more colleagues in person and experiencing the company’s culture firsthand. A visit to Portsmouth would allow Dimitri to engage with the team’s dynamic energy and gain a deeper understanding of Loftware’s mission and values. 

Inspiration through leadership 

Dimitri finds motivation in his colleague, Josh Thorp, an Account Executive at Loftware and former SDR leader. Josh’s guidance and mentorship have left a lasting impression on him. “Great leadership is about inspiring confidence, guiding others with understanding, and helping them reach their full potential. It’s the kind of support that makes an impact on both professional and personal growth,” he added. 

Outside of work 

Dimitri is passionate about traveling and is an avid soccer player. His dream destination is Australia, where he hopes to explore its unique wildlife, particularly the kangaroos!
